Residential cleaning is usually 15-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during the day. We also have Commercial evening Office cleaning positions Monday to Friday between 5:30pm-10:00pm. Most days we are finished earlier than 10pm. We will train every staff, regardless of experience. Our Client's tell us what they want and expect, we train you to provide exactly that.

Every staff we hire must be able to work around happy household pets, happy co-workers and incredibly amazing clients who need our services. Attitude is everything.

Our In House Incentive benefits are based on client happiness and performance reviews. Staff can earn Maid Money to buy and order free stuff like local restaurant gift certificates; massage gift certificates; chiropractic gift certificates; household products and many specialty items brought in by custom orders.

Pay is on commission and performance. Staff that work more hours and have quality cleanings get a higher commission % of the sale. Vehicle use compensation is provided for out of town cleanings. And the Boss always says Thank You.
